Privacy & disclaimer.

Visitor counters

Blog and news pages show “readers in the last 5 hours” and “total visitors”. To do this, the site stores a one-way (salted, hashed) code made from your IP address and browser type, together with a time stamp, for up to 6 hours. It cannot be turned back into your IP address, it is not used to identify you, and BGol sets no cookies for it. The same code is used so that a repeat visit within 6 hours is not counted twice. Search-engine and other bots are not counted.

Google Analytics and Search Console

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read, and Google Search Console to see how the site appears in search. Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser and collects aggregated usage data under Google’s own privacy terms. You can block it with your browser’s privacy settings or Google’s opt-out add-on.

Embedded content

Some posts embed videos, documents or tools from other services, such as YouTube, Google Drive, GitHub Pages and Streamlit. When such an item loads, that service may set its own cookies and collect data under its own policy.

Email you send us

If you email news, a correction or a question to admin@bgol.in, we use what you send only to reply and, for news submissions, to verify and publish it. We do not sell or share it.

Community disclaimer

BGol only provides a platform to connect professionals. All discussions, hiring and deals are peer-to-peer. BGol is not responsible for any contracts, payments, disputes or outcomes from collaborations, jobs or decisions made through this community as a medium. Please verify people, companies and information yourself.

News items summarise public sources, which are linked on each item. Company and product names belong to their owners, and BGol is not affiliated with them. Free tools and templates are provided as they are; always check results before relying on them for legal, engineering or financial decisions.
